Fischer | Konrad advised owner Heiko Muuss on the successful handover of his business in the third quarter of 2020. The company was transferred to its long-standing managing director Mr Pichura and his business partner Mr Schwilski. This was an internal succession solution (management buy-out), not an external transaction.

Since then, Muuss has grown into one of the largest roofing businesses in the Lübeck–Hamburg corridor, employing around 25 people. The firm specialises in flat and tiled roofs for new construction, refurbishment and repair.
