A team led by Dr. Paul Markus Konrad acted as sole advisor to the shareholders of Hans Joachim Dill Papiere-Pappen-Packmittel GmbH on the sale of 100% of the shares together with a privately held operating property. The selected buyer was the Knüppel group of companies. Closing took place in the second quarter of 2017. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
